Samsung Galaxy A72 planned with five cameras

The Samsung Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 are among the most popular Android smartphones in the world. No wonder, because they offer great features at an attractive price. However, they have been on the market for a long time and will have successors in the coming months. At least for the Galaxy A72, an exciting detail has now emerged. According to the latest information the mobile phone would be equipped for the first time with a five-fold camera on the back. Samsung therefore adds a sensor to the successor.

The Samsung Galaxy A72 might stir up the middle class, as the 64 MP main camera is expected to deliver the image quality of the Galaxy S20. This means that the South Korean company would likely install one of the best smartphone cameras in this price range. The fifth sensor also increases the variability of the mobile phone when taking photos. In addition to the 64 MP main camera, an 8 MP telephoto lens must be installed, which enables triple optical zoom. There is also a 12 MP super wide angle, a 5 MP macro sensor and a 5 MP sensor for bokeh shots. This should cover all the goals that one would like to cover with a cell phone. A 32 MP camera is also expected for Seflies.

Samsung Galaxy A72 and the price

The Samsung Galaxy A71 hit the market for 469 euros in Germany. The phone poaches in the price bracket of the OnePlus Nord, Google Pixel 4a, and some Chinese phones that have yet to appear. The market in this price range is extremely competitive, so Samsung needs to improve technically. Additional details on the processor or battery are still missing. Recently, however, Samsung has shown, especially with the battery, that there are no more compromises. So you can assume a big battery. GIGA will notify you when further details emerge.
